Refund/Return Policy

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

**IF YOU FEEL YOU LIVE IN AN “UNSAFE OR BAD AREA” WHERE A PACKAGE COULD BE STOLEN PLEASE HAVE IT SHIPPED TO A SAFER ADDRESS FOR EXAMPLE YOUR WORKS ADDRESS. ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED THE PACKAGE AND IT HAS BEEN SCANNED DELIVERED AT YOUR ADDRESS, IT IS THEN A PART OF YOUR HOME / HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. So please be diligent in this process to ensure your packages make it to you safely. We also have no problem offering signature for delivery IF REQUESTED. If you would like for your packages to have to be signed, please put it in your order notes when ordering.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refund/Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or provide store credit if product returned in 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange only.

Items must be in “New, Unaltered and Unused Condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed) -must not be a special order or a custom order -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item’s particular item description. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. The buyer is obligated to mail pictures of damaged goods received immediately to the given customer care email address provided, the pictures must be taken while receiving the products.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Electronic (digital media) IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to N4soundinfo@gmail.com  with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have placed your order in “processing” status, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around   3 % of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below. If we receive your order cancellation before we have placed your order in “processing” status, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section above.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you are returning the order and it would take more than 7 calendar days then buyer if obligated to inform seller over mail before-hand , if and only if the seller would acknowledge the fact that the request made is genuine then only the returns will be refunded for the products received  after 7 calendar days.

Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and optional warranties as mentioned below:

• Manufacturing faults would be covered under 1_ year warranty from the date of invoice issued.
• Warranties not given in such cases: Blowing of drivers, Torturing the drivers, Damages occurred during mismanagement and installations of the products.
•  Any other damages whatsoever would not be covered in warranty.

 To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Need4sound disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Need4sound does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Need4sound does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability
Need4sound shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Need4sound has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Need4sound product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Need4sound reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Need4sound reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Need4sound shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term of Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Need4sound without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Need4sound may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Need4sound.

Use of Site
